Terms of Service

1. Introduction
By scheduling cleaning services with Happy Abode Cleaners, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of all cleaning services provided by Happy Abode Cleaners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer residential cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Additional services may be available upon request.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the property to be cleaned, including the number of rooms, special cleaning requests, and other relevant details.

Customers must ensure that their property is accessible at the scheduled cleaning time and that all pets are secured or removed from the premises.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cleaning appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.

Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning cost.

If access to the property is unavailable at the scheduled time, a no-show fee may be applied.
5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for cleaning services are based on the type of service, size of the property, and any additional services requested.

We accept payment by credit card.

Payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Liability and Damages

Happy Abode Cleaners is not liable for any damage to the customer's property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The customer must inform us of any special concerns, including fragile items or areas requiring special care, prior to the cleaning.

We are not responsible for items that are not secured or for items that cannot be cleaned safely due to existing conditions (e.g., stained or damaged furniture).
7. Safety and Conduct

Our cleaning team will comply with all safety procedures and guidelines during the cleaning process.

Any inappropriate behavior by the customer or others on the premises (including harassment or unsafe working conditions) may result in immediate termination of services.
8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the customer violates these Terms of Service or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Customers may also terminate services by providing [insert number] days' written notice.
9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through mediation in Orlando, Florida. Florida law governs these Terms of Service.
10. Amendments
